Lyn Lee specializes in angry, modern handstitched embroidery, centered in themes of activism for the poor and working class.
As a community organizer by day and avid stitcher by night, Lee’s designs are very much inspired by their work in housing rights and tenant justice. Paired often with warm floral designs, Lyn themes their work around anger and rage towards systemic injustice and exploitation of low income folks, with some humour here and there for good measure.
All work is hand stitched.
